My sister, 26, and my mum, 50, also go with me (im 17) so it gives a chance to spend time with them as well as work out! My instructor gets more and more energetic every week, its really makes you sweat :)

    go on your hands and knees, then stick your leg out to the side, parallel to the floor. make 15 small circles with your foot going forward, then reverse. switch legs and repeat. make sure you’re not leaning your weight on the side when doing this. try and keep the rest of your body upright.

    you can also do donkey kicks. it’s similar but you kick your leg back, bring it in, and repeat.
